**Job Title:** Home Aide (Part-Time)

**Location:** Various Locations (Note: This position does not offer mileage reimbursement as travel is factored into the competitive hourly rate.)

**About Us:** We are a dedicated Home Care Non-Medical Support Services team focused on providing personal care and assistance. Our services extend to those living with a family caregiver in need of supplemental support. We pride ourselves on working independently while also coordinating with any medical services involved in our clients' care to ensure a comprehensive support system.

**Job Description:** We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and skilled Home Aides to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of care for our clients and providing the support family caregivers need. You will play an essential part in our team by offering personal care and assistance to our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

**Responsibilities:** - Provide personalized care and assistance to clients, including but not limited to personal hygiene, mobility aid, and comfort. - Work closely with family caregivers and our team to provide a seamless support system for our clients. - Maintain client dignity and privacy while fostering a positive and supportive environment. - Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and policies.

**Requirements:** - Preferred PCA (Personal Care Assistant) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) licensure. - A minimum of 6 months of care experience. - Must be AED/CPR certified (BLS for Healthcare Providers). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A compassionate and caring demeanor with the ability to work independently.

**Compensation:** - Starting at $21.00 per hour. - Competitive part-time rates. Compensation can be discussed and potentially adjusted based on experience and certification. - Please note: This position does not offer benefits at this time.
